The quality does not matter if itīs not legal or worked out with the band as far as I am concerned.

I'll go with that. Bootleg is an illegal release, be it awesome or not. But since issues between the band and label were resolved this doesn't concerned this release in particular anymore. I can understand someone being badly surprised on his early works being re-released without him knowing it.

yep exactly.. i just hope that both side in good terms... and there is no bad blood betwen them

and well if i make rerelease of some classical album and no matter how good it will be it still will be bootlegs... cause well.. it looks like there is some demind on Blasphemy for example Wink

Concerning BLACKOSH, I can't find any infos about this band. Is this the return of the former guitarist of ROOT and CRUX ?

Not really a return.

He has been very active with his band Cales.

But for this split he decided to use the monicker Blackosh.

Fuck yes. Just ordered the LP!

How's the split? I don't have much money to buy more than one LP, haha.

For me the design of the 3CD Digipak with inverted pictures is horrible, especially when coming from a person like Franta Storm. However, I assume it will be an awesome release.

Oh fuck you are right...that design looks like shit...really frustrating being forced to buy it with such a horrible artwork.

now in stock.
The negative pictures are a part of Master's Hammer identity, this will not to do like the others, and with this tongue in cheek attitude.

When having all demos of MH compiled in one convenient package, I don't really care about the artwork anymore. Don't need this on vinyl at all, it takes too much space if you want everything on wax.

I think it's their best material anyway, don't like the stuff after "Ritual".

Doesn't look that horrible from what I see here in this thread either. It's a crude and not very original effect, but sometimes this looks cool. Remember Venom?

Very true. And those who want it on vinyl are going to have a nightmare, the CD edition alone has 49 tracks and each disc clocks at minimum 70 minutes.

Who's forcing anyone to buy anything? Besides, how bad can it be? It's the demos after all, can't really get any better than that!

It's really great to have AT LAST all these ultra-cult Demos officially released on CD ; nevertheless, I wonder WHY the tracks of "The ritual murder" & "Live in Zbraslav" (on CD 1) are in the wrong order compared to the original tapes ?

The inverted colour photos definitely fit the insane Master's Hammer aesthetic, even if it's a bit of a shame, as some of the classic photos would have looked great just printed normally.

Great package though, reasonably priced and long overdue.

Their track on the split with Blackosh is extremely good; maybe the best song they've done since their return - highly recommended!

Me too, even though their whole-sale deals are not the best. Was hoping to get the split 7" as well, but minimum order is 20 copies, that's a bit too much for my small buisness.
