Well they are the same label that refunded customers orders on the new Terratur Possessions LPs only to put them up on Discogs immediately after with jacked up prices, so I think its clear where their priorities lie.

It's also worth nothing that Soundcave is the webshop of Avantgarde Music, who released this Shining/Monumentum split 7" in the first place. So it's "sold out", and they're selling copies for inflated prices on Discogs.

Fuck them.

Are Mortuary Drape even worth a shit these days, anyways? I haven't heard anything from them since Buried in Time and that one didn't do anything for me. Normally I'd be OUTRAGED by this pairing, but yeah... who gives a fuck.

They haven't recorded anything since "Buried in Time." But supposedly the new album they're working on will be a return to older sounds.

"Buried in Time" wasn't exactly awful anyway, it just wasn't as good or unique as their previous releases.

It's as much surprising as the NEGATIVE PLANE / ROTTING CHRIST split EP. Anyway as i like both bands, i dont care! The only bad thing is that it's not an exclusive track for MD!!!

When asked Wildness Perversion about this:

this is only a small step to my walk... the split is a promotional idea to make people curious about our new album.

What Better way to enthrall your fans about your "return to roots" album than recording with the faggoths of Shining. Will Wilderness make out with Kvarforth for the promo as well?

Is this available anywhere? Label that released it doesn't even have a website. Looking for the purple from somewhere other than the band?

If you're referring the the Shining/Monumentum 7"EP, Floga has plenty of copies :

Got it today, I was tempted to get off work earlier to listen to the new Drape.

I'm now on my third listen in a row. It's a great song, nothing to do with Buried in Time, for all those who feared...
