"Decrowning the Irenarch" is by far one of the best releases of this year. It's a pity the second part of the album (after "Interregnum") lacks a bit of energy, but anyway, the lyrics of "Road to Austerlitz" and "When the Pillars fall" are unexcelled in my opinion. I've never read any other lyrics that described the napoleonic era, the treaty of Pressburg etc. that precisely. I'm just fed up with those primitive Evola/Nietzsche/whatever has the word "solar" in it-interpretations of their texts. The first three tracks are the most powerfull ones anyway. _________________ The Doctrine of Imperial Fidelity and the Supertemporal Divine Right of War. |

to be completely honest, I prefer DSC, but the last album is amazing too. Its much more Death than Black Death though. DSC was both. |

I heard "Decrowning the Irenarch" is coming out on gatefold LP. Be nice to get this one on vinyl. |
