There's no need to list the albums everyone knows, I'll mention a few perfect albums that somehow went unnoticed.

Darkmoon - Seas Of Unrest
Annthennath - States Of Liberating Departure
Псалом 666 - Символ Веры
Nekrist - Dux Deus
Pactum - Summa Imperii Satanae 666
This album has some really good riffs in 2-3 songs, but as a whole it's not flawless at all.

I suppose it's a matter of taste. Wink I would not change a single note on that record.
Yeah I guess so. The album would have been perfect to me if all the songs were like the first and fourth songs.

I'm only 22 so unfortunately I'm not allowed to express my opinion on metal yet...

Springsteen's Born in the USA (sing along, awesome sax!)
Billy Joels's Innocent Man (all sing along songs, love the cheesy 80's pop music)
Nirvana's Unplugged (good memories of listening to this album with friends, every song on this album fits the set perfectly. even the covers)
Many Beatles' albums but Magical Mystery Tour is my favourite one (sing along too, I love the absurd lyrics and of course the mellotron!)
ZZ Top's Tres Hombres (flawless soundtrack to a car-trip on the highway, have mercy!)

Focus' II (my favourite album to listen to while studying. awesome mixture of progressive rock and classic music)
Rush's Moving Pictures (drums as a lead instrument! genious playing with time signatures and rhythm)
Cry of Love's Brother (top notch southern rock with excellent vocals!)
Deep Purple's Made in Japan (inherited this LP from my father, the wax was already played grey, now it's even worse. one of the best live shows I have ever heard)
Frank Zappa's Live in New York (perfect mixture of cabaret and great music)

I'd say Wulkanaz - Pa˙rpura FraeovÝb˘k˘s and Peste Noire - La Sanie are pretty much flawless. Fucking great albums!

Not limiting myself to metal here, and off the top of my head:

Robert Johnson- discography
Mercyful Fate- Melissa
Sleep- Dopesmoker
Tiamat- Wildhoney
Danzig- Danzig
Black Sabbath- Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
Morbid Angel- Abominations of Desolation
Thorns- Thorns
Beherit- Drawing Down the Moon
Black Witchery- Desecration of the Holy Kingdom
Manes- Under Ein Blodraude Maane
Mayhem- Deathcrush
Slayer- Hell Awaits
Reverorum ib Malacht- Urkaos
Emperor- In the Nightside Eclipse
Cryptopsy- None So Vile
Hellhammer- Apocalyptic Raids
Dead Can Dance- Toward the Within
Tangerine Dream- Alpha Centauri
Popol Vuh- Hosianna Mantra
Om- Advaitic Songs
David Bowie- The Man Who Sold the World
Uriah Heep- S/T (Very 'eavy)
Cream- Disraeli Gears
Blue Cheer- Vincebus Eruptum
Nirvana- In Utero
Radiohead- Amnesiac
Rudimentary Peni- Death Church
Subhumans- The Day the Country Died
Dead Kennedys- Plastic Surgery Disasters

Those are albums/releases I'd say are legitimately -flawless- in their essence, despite some playing errors (Melissa has some notoriously flubbed leads, for instance).

Haha, you`re a mean guy but some of your posts are really hilarious.

Can't get all the sense of humour in that. Just mediocre and arrogant. I can't see a single post from this guy that goes beyond that.

Agreed. Everything the guy posts is brazen trolling without the slightest hint of cleverness. He's just some pretentious whining anti-metal enthusiast and I frankly don't understand why anyone on this board takes him seriously.

I agree, and would probably add Icons of Filth "Onward christian soldiers" and the Last Resort Demo (Featured on the Combat 84 split LP) if we're talking about punk and related genres.

As an early teen I remember playing that DK album incessantly.

I worship Onward Christian Soldiers, so I gotta agree on that one.
