Wasn't "Changes" produced by one of the P.S. guys?

Yup, I remember reading in some old zines that he "discovered them" and helped them to sign with Lethal Records.

I have the first press CD (just "Changes") on Lethal and since I am not a huge fan I would be willing to part with it for the right price. Anyone have any idea what this version might be worth?

Depending on who wants it and how much they are willing to pay. Most likely you will get between $20 and $30 on eBay. I've never seen this CD go for a retarded price.

I've seen it go for $50+ a few times and I've never even actively searched for it.

A few years ago an auction ended for the vinyl version at $9.99 with zero bids. I've seen this LP sell for anywhere from $20 to $80.
I've listed items on eBay starting at $9.99 and got zero bids. Re-listed the items and some sold for $40 and up. Depends who's looking and how much they're willing to pay.

Cool. I've pretty much given up on selling shit on Ebay. Too much fucking hassle and inconsistency for me although there are a lot of tards willing to shell out some insane sums for stuff sometimes. Smile

You can always put on a minimum bid, although it costs a few extra shillings. That's what I intend to do the next time I sell anything particularly rare that I refuse to part with for less than x amount.

Yeah, there were about four copies being offered at the same time a few months back and the prices varied just as wildly. I think the release is just one of those that are well-respected by a few die-hard metalheads but not really yet recognized enough to be a commonly known album. Which is a shame; I've definitely heard far better death metal albums, but this Changes is still really fucking good. And it's one of the heaviest *sounding* albums I've heard.

^ I got the album when it came out simply based on the cover and song titles plus the logo of course Twisted Evil
I honestly expected the usual 'chugga-chugga' Death Metal with dog barking vocals. It was refreshing to hear something this raw. My fave song is "Schizophrenia?" followed by "Baphomet".

Baphomet is one of the most memorable death metal tunes of the 90s.

Ok finally found this for less than a hundred bucks from this usually reliable seller, but I'm a little confused right now. Changes-experts step in.

The one I got looks like this:

How I thought it was supposed to look like:

http://www.discogs.com/viewimages?release=1015313

The matrix is 100% identical. The front and back covers are exactly identical as well. What is this witchcraft? It's almost festivus, I don't have time for bootlegs.

edit. Discogs does not allow linking of images so see the url for pictures of the version I was referring to.

people speculate that the one you have is the very fist pressing, since this is the first Lethal CD release and all other later printed Lethal releases have picture printed discs. Who knows/cares, but yours is defintely legit.
