So I'll be traveling to Bangkok with my girlfriend in 2 weeks and was wondering if any of you had had any experiences there. What record shops are worth checking out? Bands? Venues? Bars? I'll be traveling to several different islands in my month stay there but 15 of those days are spent in the city. Recommendations? |

Grave are playing in Bangkok quite shortly. Maybe after the show, you can go with Ola to Nana Plaza or Soi Cowboy. |

Triple Six is really nice and friendly. Also there's another metalhead running a shop a couple of blocks away. You'll most probably also find lots of high quality bootleg shirts at Chatuchak market and here:

You can visit Triple Six Shop, Metal Quest and the newly launched Sick Chainsaws shop (by Sunyaluxxx of Surrender of divinity). Also try and get one of the guys from either of the shop to guide you to the secret metal market Klong Them I think. Contact me for any details! Cheers |

You should seriously consider making a metal travelers guide based on your travels around the world - like your brilliant cookbook! _________________ The modern noise makes modern people |
