Love the Medusa, Wicked Lester, Saint Anthonys Fyre and Pinnacle re issues. Its been some time that i purchased 4 records in one month of such high quality. To me old music is the best music...and at a record shop none the less. I dont mind the obscurity of medusa at all.Sometimes information overload is not needed. the music does all the talking and thats what it always should be!

who did the Pinnacle re-re-re-issue and how is the quality of the packaging? Have an old one which is probably a bootleg and the other one on Little Wing with a different cover, will be hard pressed to buy it for a 3rd time. |

Well i thought the kissing spell version was not so hot. This one looks and sounds the best IMO. And looks totally legit with notes from the producer. I dont have it in front of me so i cant give you exact details but check rockadrome for more details. |

Thanks, I never saw the kissing spell version. My other copy is on the "Zen" label. I see someone insane paid $260 for the the Little Wing reissue. nuts!
Rockadrome doesn't mention the label of the version they sold. but a look around of the catalog # turns up SLEUTH RECORDS (UK) and no info anywhere, looks like another bootleg, so I can pass on yet another version. Perfect.

I just had this note from Rob Sevier at Numero, who I contacted about this:
"I'm working on the band bio now. It's not long, but we're gonna have a few paragraphs in the forthcoming hard rock comp."

Cool. Not really into the Medusa, but considering the effort Numero go to on some of their other non-rock obscure releases (many of which I have) I just found it strange that there was basically nothing. _________________ TOTAL SUPPORT TO BLASPHEMOUS LUST |

Received my copy this week, and while I like the music as a whole, I wish more of it was in line with the heaviest song on the album, "Strangulation," which also happens to be the only one the label posted a full sample of. Nonetheless, it's a good album and worthy of the money spent. |

NumeroGroup rules. This LP rules. I heard it a long time ago at my friend''s house. She designed the artwork. (Artist: Eliza Childress) |
