Assume a portion of his debt just to help you buy a single record?
I've bought from Dennis only a few times. He was fast and had great communication. Satan's Boundaries Unchained is a modern classic. I'm sure things will work out in the end.

Is selling test pressings that "good of a business", actually? More often than not, I just send them to the band or give them to labels I do trades with... I mean, come on! It's just a vinyl without label sticker.

11 months minus a week now. Now I'm really sure that the test presses he sold through ebay weren't of a piclp reissue, but of the original press.
Such a period would be more than enough (especially for an experienced label, that has already printed dozens of releases!) to get a print run of 500 records + a bunch of patches made.
I hope that he will be find himself compelled to fund medical treatment for that money and that it won't be enough... |

Question for German citizens - here in the US, we have the Better Business Bureau, which we can use to report poor business practices.
Is there an equivalent in Germany? I found this link:

I'd like to (along with a few others I know) place a complaint against Dennis Freiberger of Kneel Before the Master's Throne for theft/ non-delivery of paid merchandise. Even if we don't get our money back, he'll be under scrutiny of German officials. I'm not sure if any earnings are directly reported to the German tax authority, but he'll be under greater scrutiny.

Well BBBs generally have no legal authority in the US. At least the ones I've had experience with just serve as databases of complaints. People who are suspicious of a business can call places like these and check up on them. But I don't see people calling government agencies to check on metal distros. If BBBs have a similar counterpart in Germany they probably don't really do anything. But that link you posted does suggest the possibility of legal action. So who knows...
