Speaking of Svalbard though, isn't Longyearbyen the only semi-permanently inhabited part of the islands? If i'm remembering right the other towns and areas are mostly devoted to research between Russian and Norwegian groups and have temporary/seasonal occupation sort of like Antarctica. |

There is a russian settlement also in Svalbard named Barentsburg, the russian has huge coalmines there. And svalbard is open to everyone who comes from a country wich has signed the svalbard - treaty. Wich most countries with an embassy in Norway have done.

Goatskrieg (awesome name!) could've been a great project if they really existed. Maybe they would have their rehearsals on this wrecked Russian vessel?
