releasing one LP every year means ...
1. ... you need money
2. ... you don't have a clue how to focus your creativity

to 1.: varg has no apprenticeship but has a family that needs to be fed. any questions?
to 2.: coalescing the best ideas and releasing an album every 3 years might be more effective but, ... wait ... its all about 1. and thus not very true/straight from the heart anymore.

da magic is gone. some do better than you now. good night varg.

I kinda agree with your first point about needing an income, but remember that all the first records were recorded one after the other in very quick succession. I mean Burzum in 1992, Aske 1992 DSEV 1993 and Hvis 1994 if memory serves me right.

anyway yeah, not too interested in any new Burzum myself either. Didn't even bother with the last one.

Even if it's sub-par music, I think he's just a productive guy.

Ok, we had 4 brilliant albums before prison, 2 lame ones in prison which we kindly ignore, one good one since jail and then again three lame ones since "Belus" (including the re-recordings).

So, as the quality of his output seems not that consistent, chances are still there he can do something good again. At least for me, he still has a joker left.

You're claiming to be from Serbia and you're trying to call Poland and Ukraine cesspools? Laughing

You wouldn't happen to be that brown, fruitcake of a troll 'Marcos' from the FMP forum, would you?

In a world where NSBM etc is the final frontier where hipsters won't go, Varg is somehow Lord of their kingdom.

Good old snaggle-tooth does have a way with the hipsters.

They were actually all recorded between Jan 92 and March 93. I think the last two were crap as well, but that statement above didn't really work with Burzum's history.

Belus and Fallen were/are good. Umskiptar barely got two listens.

I suppose I will listen to this one because y'know, its Burzum, but don't really hold much hope for any more 'trve autistik creationist neanderthal rpg' shit
