I don't think Rhinocervs has ripped anyone off. I've ordered from them about 5 times and they're always very quick. It's CN that were the real rip offs out of that group of bands.

AFAIK Rhino always comes through. They just don't communicate well. |

I emailed them and asked them what was taking so long to ship RH-15 since I ordered it almost a month ago. Here's what I received back on February 15th...
"Should be this coming week. We actually ran out of tapes of the appropriate length and color, then couldn't order them from our regular supplier as they were out of stock as well, so we had to order from a company that is much further away. They are slated to arrive on Tuesday, so we will presume dubbing at that point. SO it will ship immediately after being dubbed. Thank you for your patience and support."

They communicate better than any other label I've ever dealt with actually. I've had about a dozen back and forth exchanges with the label over the past month and I usually get an answer back within a day, if not within an hour. I've had no communication issues with Crepusculo Negro either. The key to dealing with these labels is to make it clear that you're not going to be jerked around for months on end waiting for your package and that you'll file a Paypal claim if you don't have your stuff in 45 days (which is the deadline for filing).

I was considering getting one, but decided against it in the end, since I don't really consider it an actual release, and it doesn't have the "RH" catalog number either. Plus, I have all those songs already.
Keep an eye out for RH-16, it looks insane.

Any news on RH-16? RH-15 was incredible. |
