Came across some high quality lossy rips a few days back and it got me listening to this band again. The EP and demo are brilliant yet somewhat obscure, though the later LP is incredibly bizarre and a huge mish-mash of different styles. The clean vocals on Shadow Path are tragic, though the album overall still evokes a very wide range of emotions and remains very impressive (almost) throughout.
Wonder if this stuff will ever see a re-release? |

I remember this album being a victim of a really shitty sound, which totally ruined it for me. Hissy programmed drums and paper thin guitars. Even greeks didn't always get it right. Who knew!

wasn't that their demo? a decidedly long one, but still their demo?
I had contact with Serpent King back in those days, top boke and great band.

I have no idea, I only have a CDr. I always thought it was an album because of its length.

The demo is great, "Towards" was unbearable at the time, and it probably still is.

Entrance was indeed a demo, re-issued onto CD. It was on Impure Creations, the same label that released the first BAN album on CD.
Probably my favourite Greek BM release. |
