Professional companies do not give a shit about anything other than profit. Customer satisfaction is only the last legal trick to fuck with, that eventually if you are stupid enough to buy you are stuck with it... no recourse or refund.
That is something the pro companies would love to initiate. Anyone who thinks you deserve what your hard money has earned?  ...wake up.
All this iso bullshit (some dumb fucking slogan on my work truck door as well) is all paperwork bullshit, no reality or logic to it. Makes the suits downtown feel like they are doing the right thing for the morons that beleive it. It's like modern magic, lies and deceptions, double speak, jedi fucking mind tricks to cast illusions of a job being well done. |

Any details on where they had gone wrong from either yourself or Gasskammer?
I use Tapeline for blank tape stock for dubbing myself (with a high quality stereo), which is only convenient when I currently have the spare time to make all my releases by hand.
They seem to be able to reply easily enough, and when they had accidentally sent the tapes to my billing address rather than shipping address, they shipped it back up for free after making a complaint.

I myself have never ever had any problems with them, top notch quality and contact was always fast as hell.
However also the Sarlacc production tapes (which i partly preordered for my distro) releases were apparently delayed for ages. He ordered 8 different tapes and that caused a delay ever since october!
plus their prices have risen a lot, so im most likely going for Brutallica from now on.

Another human scumbag to reject. Behind this distro/label survives an "untermensch" unable to communicate and manage properly with possible clients. Despite a severe economic crisis that is burdening Italy , there are italian merchants unable to deal with their label/distro. The prices of many goods displayed for sale on the website are not written.Often he changes/rises prices of the stuff for sell ,the cds as the t-shirts and zines for instance. The tapes, eg for sell are not recorded at all. He just send you blank tapes with a cd-r that contains the tracks and then you have to record yourself.... It's happend to receive stuff NOT ordered. Or the case to not receive any reply back against wrong order sent. Or have payed orders and the have not receivd anything.All these lacks are covered by a mask of arrogance and ignorance that border on the abysmal baseness of this moron. What the fuck of non-professionalism of shit , is this? I know of ppl that have been deceived by this moron. Stop to ask, Stop to lose time with him. I actually know this guy and I think he's more popular with Italian skinheads then black metal fanatics. I can't make heads or tails of what your post says, but he was honest when I dealt with him. MANY labels in the euro community sends tapes as just a master cd-r & a cover. Not everyone listens to tapes all the time, so that's how they deal with labels wanting to trade but not being able to send complete tapes.
You might also ask the other Doug who runs Winter Solance productions here in Minnesota to come and vouch for him. His label is so elite that the only time it has ever been mentioned in the public eye is in the booklet of the Via Dolorosa CD that black shirts put out. He's the guy here who makes all the legendary titles of American NSBM, was active in the early nineties and spends his time fucking his Aryan girlfriend rather then making an idiot out of himself on the internet. I think I bumped into him once at a supermarket, he just spit at me and called me a disgrace because I was wearing a Cure T-Shirt and looked like a computer hacker rather then a skinhead.

He runs the Southern Hellish Productions and he ripped me off 11 CD/DVD/Tapes....all quite rare stuff
I was in Turkey and he asked me to find some stuff....some rare tapes and CD. I bought them and sent them. Then he asked me for some CD's I had in Italy and so I asked my father to send them too.
Once I left Turkey bounded to Iran he asked me to send more stuff from Turkey so I asked my friend in istanbul to find them for him and send to Argentina. I paid my friend in Turkey for everything of course, including delivery cost
It was the end of september 2012.
Then he claimed he didn't received some covers - or some covers were missing in the package - so I asked my father to send more covers to him. Quite strange as in 20 years I never missed a cover. Anyway....
Then hhe claimed that all the 4 parcels were in bad conditions: the 2 parcel from Turkey and the 2 from Italy. Quite strange as I never received complains in 15+ years and I got 4 all together from the same person. People may say: "yeah, turkish post are not reliable"...well I stayed 2 months in Turkey, I sent 43 parcels and I never got a critic from customers.
Anyway....
On November I got no answer or no reply from him. He had to send me some DVD in exchange. No answer.
I wrote to him: he will send on december
December is almost at the end: He will send on half january because he's "too busy with tradings" (!!!!!!!)
January goes....no reply from him. Disappeared again.
At the beginning of february I wrote 2 email to him. No answer
After a 2-3 days I decide to send a 3rd one saying he's a rip off: he answers back 5 minutes later. He's really pissed:

What happens?? not answered your messages because I have my mother in the hospital... next week I will be send my pack.
NO RIP OFF HERE.
To be honest I've disappointed with your words, made a good trade some time ago, you know that always sends my things... but for not answer some emails talk bullshit!

As you can see, no mentions about the fact that I am waiting for his stuff since the beginning of October 2012 (so 4 months now)....on the contrary he gets pissed because I told him he's a rip off and he NEVER got in touch with me in the last 4 months unless I wrote to him first.
2 weeks are gone....(this message was sent on February 5th)....as he's not a rip off and he will send within next week (as he said in the email)....but 2 weeks are gone and I received no tracking number and no answer to my emails....
But he's not a rip off, eh.... 
Everytime there is a ridicolous excuse...first he was too busy with trading (so, if he had to go to post office, couldn't he find time to send my parcel too????)
Then mother...or brother...or whoever he/she is at the hospital
then no answer at all
I sent already 3 email to him and he disappeared again

I work for an ISO 9001 company and this statement is dead on ! I deal with a lot of the smoke and mirrors paperwork designed to give the appearance of a management team that runs a tight ship ! What a crock of shit... but, it's ISO itself that runs the scam, ultimately, because any business this day and age that wants work contracts (especially in manufacturing) pretty much has to have the ISO 9001 certification to be a contender. ISO sends their auditors in here every six months or so and it's always a big fucking mess of upper management running around making sure everything is documented etc etc until the asshole leaves, then it's back to normal. |
