Some friend sent me a youtube link to a song of a shitty band called "Pathology", that song has one of the worst drum sounds I ever listened to...

Any other notable example to puke at?

Have you ever had the displeasure of hearing even 1 second of a song from Metallica's St. Anger? Holy shit is that bad...

First Desaster
King Diamond's "Them"
Possessed's "Beyond the gates" (this doesn't count I guess, not just the drums but everything is fucked up on that album -soundwise I mean)
Metallica's Load/St. Anger

+ dozens more

The worst thing about that whole situation, is reading an interview with that faggot Bob Rock talking about how much thought, effort and money went into getting that specific sound...."I'm madly in anger with youuuuu"! Laughing

Fucking killer murky/ raw and shitty production. The 80's killed for that. What's the matter with it?

Any of those Scott Burns produced albums with drums that sound like electric typewriters.... Individual Thought Patterns is one that sticks out.....

Impiety - Skullfucking Armageddon is one that comes to mind... but not only the drum sounds that are shitty.

I don't hear anything wrong in that one. I actually quite like it.

this is not to puke upon, but they could have better samples at least - it sounds like preparing eggs for omelette Laughing :

and it's a serious pity 'cause both the song and the drummer (Terry "warhead" Eleftheriou) really kill.

you don't have to mention "st. anger" - this is the shit that set the standard Rolling Eyes

Adversarial - all, with the exception of a couple new tracks they recently put out.
