I like The Dark a lot, but IMO it's a big step down from the debut...much more accessible/commercial. Having said that, 'Ton of Bricks' is probably one of my all-time favorite songs.
I have ignored everything after The Dark. Heard a few songs here and there and didn't like any of 'em. |

I only really care about the debut. Always hated The Dark and it's shitty sounds on drums. _________________

Metal Church is my favorite, but I also fig the old Metal Church demo material with Ed Bull on vocals. Arab Nations! Never really got into anything past the first album though.
Also just dug up an old boot of Ed's post MC/pre-Heathen band Control. Killer blend of early MC, punk, and early bay area thrash that most people seem to dislike. Working on ripping it now, maybe I'll stick it somewhere for sharesies if anyone is interested. _________________ "...that magnificent deer has vanished." |

All the first three are great, my favorite is either the first or Blessing In Disguise. I love the drum sounds of The Dark! _________________ Planet Earth is great to visit but you wouldn't want to live there |

Someone voted for "A Light in the Dark" ? The fuck ?
There's a couple -good- songs on it, but it's really mediocre overall.....

Sounds like an electronic kit. Weird shit especially compared to the drum sound on Blessing. |

I know, I love these electronic and/or processed drum sounds of the 80s. _________________ Planet Earth is great to visit but you wouldn't want to live there |

Stick it! I love early MC; my tape is about worn out from to much blasting. _________________
