I voted Reign in Blood as favourite, like recently to few years ago there was some RIB flame trend, by people who just found that it's not the most extreme thrash album ever, or just found out that albums released before it are good too.

Yeah it was definitely a trend. I remember reading reviews trashing RiB, yet they'd praise mediocre/shit bands like Sacred Reich, Forbidden, Heathen and the likes Laughing

I thought Insane (from Italy) was pretty great Show No Mercy worship, but some people don't like them.

Hell Awaits! One of my favorite albums of all time. Reign In Blood is pretty overrated, I mean, it's a good album, but it was sort-of mediocre. Hell Awaits was better in all aspects.

I feel that SNM is the band's "best" in terms of honest output, but Hell Awaits was just a sick record so I wen with my favorite.

RiB is overrated as the most extreme thrash record of the 80's and that sentiment seems to be grandfathered in by the noobs and kiddies because it's the "accepted" trivia for the last 25-years. Darkness Descends destroys it as best of the decade for me, but that's just an opinion.
