Go for it. In fact if you do, collect the items the bitch has and you can keep them.
;
I sent her a Grotesque 2LP and another 2LP that I can't remember right now. I will have to look. They are yours if you want to collect. I am sure you would get some promos from me too. _________________

This fuckhead stiffed me on a $10 CD after two weeks of no contact and some bullshit excuses. Avoid. |
I shall enlighten you a bit. Andrzej Papiez is also the vocalist of Revelation of Doom and Sphere (and I think some other bands) AND the founder of Masterful 'zine. He's a rip off for sure though! He might use his bands to legitimize his activities, but don't be fooled. _________________ :DWP TERROR SQUAD:

this is probably held by the customs (which take their time actually) and the guy, being as young as he is, is a bit impatient. Still, unjustified paypal claims suck big time. |
Looks like this scumbag has form - has filed a dispute with me even though it was only sent 27/12/12 and he has been emailed a copy of the registered post slip.
Cunt took a week to pay for the auction as well. |

this person is not a rip off HOWEVER I am adding this individual as someone to avoid based on his MORONIC packaging practices as a seller and potential trader. after sending an initial packaging request/warning about USPS's treatment/handling, also knowing that euro mailers are shit to begin with and not sufficient enough on their own, my request was to double box if possible (with an offer to cover all extra charges of course) or at the very least adding two cardboard stiffeners inside the shitty euro mailer as SOME SORT of additional protection as opposed to nothing at all. the response was "I have no boxes and can't double box this, but trust me. It should arrive without any smashed corner... " fair enough, I am just going to trust this person since he still has 100% feedback and I am not of the mentality guilty before proven innocent.
that background info covered, the item finally arrives today. packaging? well the LP itself was wrapped in news paper with some bubble wrap fastened around the corners (HA!), then this was slid inside of a large bubble mailer. nothing more. absolutely no protection for the LP at all, and the LP/cover was the stiffening element... somehow, by an act of "god" the LP arrived with only one fairly bent corner, or quarter really, and only minor corner dings beyond that. again a total miracle it had only received this much damage all things considered. anyone else in the future, I can't assume would get so lucky. if you want to received damaged items due to sub par pathetic packaging tactics, by all means I recommend the following:

Andy Leske
Deutschland
at the very least, this guys should consider ordering pizza more... ANYTHING is better than the daily news and a little bubble wrap. _________________ trade-want list/available list- http://www.nwnprod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20339

Discogs user Fritzbob.
Ordered cd two months ago and paid it then. After a month I waited, he offered me to send another copy. In case it was lost in shipment. Now I have waited another month and he have not answered my emails since then.
Should have opened pp claim while I still could, but I somehow trusted him as he has a lot of positive feedback.
Lost 25euros.

Very reliable trader in my experience. We just did 1 large trade, he shipped first and everything arrived in great shape. He has been periodically in & out of touch, but I have strong doubts that he's a rip-off. _________________

As long as he does not answer to any of my emails, in my books he is a rip-off. He promised me to send another copy of cd I bought right after christmas in registered letter, but nothing has happened yet.
Of course I cannot be sure, did he send my first cd two months ago, and it got lost in shipment. I would tolerate that, if he just would communicate with me something after that promise he made.
I understand that packages might get lost. I can handle that. But if something is promised, promises should be kept. And that is what he have not done.
Must have been reliable before, as he has so much positive feedback.
But there has been also many feedbacks regarding same kind of issues lately for him. People not getting their packages, no communication etc... |

Don't know if i'm much of a help, but if there is an online tracking that showed that the parcel was delivered then you will not lose your money.I had the same story with a guy from Brazil some months ago - he filed me a charge back (he claimed unauthorised use) for 120 euro, but the parcel was registered and trackable online, so after i entered paypal with this info, i didn't lose my money. But it took paypal 2.5 months (!!!) to make a decision. _________________ http://www.discogs.com/seller/C.T.A.W.B.
