You retard, Dawn of Possession apart from four songs is a boring as hell. They hit their stride when they made their music more complex, the first four CC albums crush Dawn of Possession plus any of the shit Swede dm albums you like.

I never even said that all bands had to make their music more complex to be great, just in the case of Immolation they sounded amazing when they stopped trying to ape Morbid Angel and aimed for their own unique sound.

I have to be boring and also vote for Morbid Angel. First three and Formulas are all brilliant. And Altars/Abominations might be two of my favorites in the genre. But I can say the same about Scream Bloody Gore, so considered Death at first.
Surprised Possessed is so far behind though.
