Only 6 tracks are included though, including an intro (3 of the same tracks were previously released on the "Angelslaying Black Fucking Metal" 7"). I imagine the album had more than 5 songs + an intro... I remember reading that the entire thing was recorded, is that incorrect?

I was under the impression that it was an mLP, so it's totally possible that it just contained the 5 tracks and the intro.
