Agony in Paradise is worthless crap. I have it as LP. Back cover says it's a soundboard recording but in reality it's some random audience recording taken some tape that has gone through a few generations. _________________

Seven Churches is the best metal record ever made, as far as I'm concerned. _________________

My favorite extreme band ever - if anyone claims he is into extreme metal, listens to the 'Pentagram' track and doesn't get into a state of frenzy, should get checked by doctors if he's still alive
I love all their 3 original records and Beccera has an amazing voice
Possessed maniac since 1986, were I heard 'Pentagram' on the 'speed kills' collection LP - I discovered many classic bands then, because of this LP that stupidly I sold it later, along with 'Bonded By Blood' because I was a broke teenager - this is my 'stupid things I done in my life' short confession......
but I still got my Roadrunner 'Seven Churches' copy, along with original copies of "Beyond..." (Combat foldout cover - see below) and "Eyes of horror" (combat)

holes like these were the standard practice by the US companies back then to sign that the LP's were sold in low prices and were withdrawn - you'll find various ways of cutout corners - I got few LP's back then who were still sealed, sold in low prices, but with that nasty holes or 'cutout' corners - in the late 80's, a lot of US pressings were imported in Europe from the US, who were keep to offload vinyl in favor of CD - see how times are changing _________________ Quote from unnamed forum:

A lot of people seem to think that "The Eyes of Horror" is way better than "Beyond the Gates". To be honest, I never found any valid proof for that assumption, opinions?
Of course, "Seven Churches" is mandatory and it opened the gates of hell for me when I first heard it in blablabla etc. pp. |

They're practically interchangeable to me. Both solid, though of course "Seven Churches" kills them both. _________________
