Same question, who is releasing that? I am in the same boat on the bootleg - picked it up because there wasn't an alternative - but I'd love to get a better-sounding, official release.

I bought the LP in 1991 when it was released, so I can say 100% for sure that it came out from the factory without any insert; simply it doesn't exist, was never made...
