Hehe, I've dubbed "Theli" to my English teacher/form-master in school and shortly after she was playing it at lessons changes on a full volume on a regular basis!  I'm still remembering the O_o faces of the rest of the teaching staff with pleasure! |

They write great pop songs (and sometimes genuinely popular, like 'Run to the Hills') and they're metal. They should be in this thread as THE quintessential pop metal band. |

Unless I am terribly mistaken, people used to call these bands "heavy metal". : P The fact some tracks sound catchy doesn't make em pop, what you are looking for is more like "radio friendly" imo..
