Just dealing with that kind.
He bought a Mütiilation - Hail Sathanas... 7'' from me on 19th of september, paid and it was sent the same day.
Tracking says it reached Brazil on 1st of october. No further tracking in Brazil available.
Today the guy filed a case via paypal.
Glad I'm always paranoid enough to keep the tracking#'s for at least 4 Months PLUS taking a picture of the actual item being packed and the ready-to-ship-parcel with adresse on it.
Send all that to Paypal, we'll see what happens.

Anyone has dealt before with a swedish guy namely Christoffer Hellgren?
He pre-ordered the Gravecrusher demo/t-shirt plus Necrosodomy demo (all 3 in 2 copies) and when the stuffs were available I sent him the payment infos on 20th of November, after 2-3 more e-mails from my side he said about spam and no payment till now. My patience is not endless...
Just wondering if someone don't want to pay his items why ordering anything?
If you read this, move your ass and pay what you ordered! |

Is that your only negative experience thus far? I could fill half this forum with idiots who ask me to reserve, order stuff and buy stuff and never pay. 'Dead relatives', 'I'm in the hospital', 'my wife is pregnant'.. I heard it all  I think anyone running a label/distro is known with this.
I never reserve anything for anyone any more unless they make a small payment upfront! The people who really want the stuff they reserved never had a problem with that, others already backed out when I asked for a $50 deposit on a $350 'reservation order'.
Try it, it saves a lot of frustration!

I received an order from this e-mail address, sent them a confirmation e-mail that it would be shipped, heard nothing, then a month later they filed a charge back dispute. I sent them an e-mail (to the same address that the order was received, and the same address that I sent confirmation to). They claimed their account was hacked. Why would they not notice that it was hacked WHEN I SENT THEM AN E-MAIL ABOUT AN ORDER BEING SHIPPED THAT THEY DID NOT ORDER??
AVOID!!!!!

I don't know if LHF was nominated previously. But the mister behind this
