Tiamat is a pretty heavy band with lots of occult leanings and some Gilmour-esque solos. If you're into goth rock, I think it'd be hard to not find some of their stuff pretty appealing. I could listen to them all day. |

The term "pop metal" makes me think of Dragonforce, since they sound like a 33rpm Journey record on 78.
Shit, I was supposed to think of a band I like. Nevermind. I have nothing to offer.
