This guy bought a Morpheus Descends CD and Leukemia demo from me on ebay and now a month later cries about "package not arriving" with the usual Paypal claim threats etc.
He didnt ask for registered shipping but I still did it as I had "that feeling" about this guy because: a) stupid excuses for taking long time to pay and b) Italy
Ebay used ID is withoutgod88
Tracking service clearly shows date and even time when he has picked up the package so of course this is total bullshit
No surprise googling his name resulted in a thread called "PEOPLE TO AVOID"  |

the reason i gave him a refund is because he filed the paypal claim and i didnt want it to go the full way where paypal automatically refunds the person because that restricts your paypal account in certain ways for a few months. i didnt wait it out because i could tell by the way he was acting that even if the records had arrived or arrived in the meantime he was just going to ride it out to get his money back. total slimebag. |

It is possible, but you have to send a cancellation request to the buyer.If he doesn't reply to you request after seven days you can cancel the transaction by yourself, but he can also deny the cancellation....Hope i helped.

Contact the support team and explain them the whole situation but don't expect anything positive to come out of that, they will side with the buyer as usual. I'd just give up if I were you, blocking users is the only way to protect yourself against frauds unfortunately. Truth is there isn't much you can do.
