Another great one demo wonder.

I'm not really sure this demo was ever released as such, except spread to friends. I know some songs were featured on the "Fire & Ice" compilation disc released back in 1990something but I don't think anything else happened.

Interesting. I know about this band from years ago when a friend made a mixed CD-r for me with the song "Myrk" on it (which I have found on YouTube before, but seems to have since been removed unfortunately).

If anyone's interested in that gem of Icelandic metal and is visiting Iceland during a weekend or another then a visit to Reykjavík's "Kolaportiđ" flea-market might be a good thing as the guy who released it sells cds and dvd/vhs there and always has some copies of that compilation available.

So you didn't catch the Beneath and Angist gig?

On August the 23rd I was in Egilsstađir, enjoying Hengifoss and Litlanesfoss as well as the dam in the highlands Sad

And yes, the Fire and Ice compilation is a real gem. Just looking for the MSK Compilation now - for a reasonable price.

I don't know if they are still active but Forgardur Helvitis are a nice band between black metal and ultracore...

If you are looking for it only for the Sororicide track then the track can be found on the "Deathless" MCD the band did a while back.

Mordbrann Musick had a few copies of the MSK compilation in stock but I don't know what happened to the stock he had when he died.

Peter, did you not manage to found some copies there?
by the way, the first Toy Machine song on that compilation is the biggest Korn's counterfeit attempt that I ever heard, it's fuckin' hilarious Laughing

Finngálkn - "Horns Against Heaven" is a good album.

Probably this was mentioned before, but Amsvartnir had a pretty good demo.

Wormlust's forthcoming debut album, The Feral Wisdom, is now streaming in it's entirety. Have a listen because the new material is LEAPS AND BOUNDS above the demo material that was contained on The Wormlust Collective and is above and beyond anything going on in Iceland at the moment.

This is being released by Demonhood Productions from Norway soon.
