This is an obsession really. I need this masterpiece. How many LP`s were made?? Do they pop up on egay???? Never seen one. This is one of few records I would part with serious cash for. _________________

Got the re-release for like US $5...the CD itself given to me by Esa Linden and I am on the thanks list...an awesome death metal release...too bad what they did after Esa left the band...still, I think this goes for way too much money on eGay...I mean probabl aying like US $20 will be fair...this eGay thing is really getting on my nerves...this deserves a decent re-release on vinyl with the demo (as the re-release) but with a better layout than the re-release (very poor by the way)... _________________ Unbound celestial assassins... |

I just spun this yesterday. Great LP although 'slightly' overrated. The demo is insane and their split with Necropsy is beyond words. Pity about the Necropsy side. |

After the mighty Incantation, Demigod is my second most obssessed over death metal! As much as I hate to admit it, I also only own a copy of the album! I've been outbid up to £60 on ebay for it, but I've at least three friends that I can think of who have all stumbled across it in local second hand shops and aquired it for under £10! Bastards!
Unless I get it dirt cheap though, I won't buy the re-release just because the artwork is hideous! |

I would settle for the re-release for the time being.
Which site can you get it from, despite the hideous artwork.
As for prices on egay, well it is getting pretty stupid but people know how much people will pay for this stuff and unsurprisingly will take advantage of it. |

Hmm, I had no trouble finding a copy of the LP when I searched for it years ago. Got it for maybe €20 at a record fair. But prices have gone up considerably. I sold my CD on Drowned for €25 some years ago, I think they go a lot more nowadays. |

I too only have a copy of this, but its hands-down one of my favourite DM albums. I say a CD go on ebay for about $80 not too long back. A cd would need to be made of gold and cocaine for me to pay that much haha. |

Agree with Astaroth, it´s slightly overrated, even though it has stood against time pretty well. It was not a gem when it was released , and certainly not now either. After the great demo, it was bound to be a slight disappointment.
Hho sells it for 70 euros nowadays. Last time I saw it on their list a year or two ago, it was 40 euros...the cult is growing.

I need the split, but that one goes even higher... |
