I find these 2 tracks really fucking good, especially Shadow of death.
Should be a good album...
edith: Shadows of Death might be one of the best Aura Noir songs....fucking awesome song.
(anybody else hear little"subliminal things" or weird shit buried in the mix of that song? am i insane, or are you just not responsive enough??weeeeirdrededededed)
(Aggressor should do all the vocals....one of my fave vocalists/lyricists)

Might be for interest (posted this is in an other forum already) as I got this from a person very close to the band a few weeks ago:
---snipp----
Aggressor/Czral is doing fine, he's made an amazing recovery and although he will never be 100% recovered he is doing very well. He's active recording albums with both Aura Noir and Virus at the moment. There is also plans to do another Infernö album, but when exactly is unsure at this point.
Meanwhile, Duplicate Records will re-release the Osmose-albums on one cd in a few months and Metal Commando Attack is due out on double vinyl just about now.
That Aura Noir live cd was cancelled due to the band not thinking the recording was good enough to be released. And that Elm Street album is just a bootleg as you say, released without the band's permission.

Those 2 new songs sounded pretty promising, after "The Merciless", which was a major let-down for me! _________________ "Slit my eyes, for they'll remember..." |

Very promising indeed in my case too. I'm glad they sound still very hateful. That's a trademark for them that I appreciate a lot. _________________

Vocals of apollyon sounds more and more crazy and extreme !!! Also this strange mixture of bathory/motorhead riffing + the virus vibe gives something really really unique !!!!! _________________ "When you see the children with x's on their head, if you dare to look at them, soon you will be dead." |

I liked their last one but the production was weak (mainly the guitars) - this sounds better. And I too like the riffing, it's really unusual and well done. I'm surprised by the slower tempos though - hopefully there are some faster tracks on the album. But it sounds good regardless. |

That indeed sounds good.
Hope this one will turn out to be just as good as "The Merciless"! |

Disappointing! I like "Shadows of Death" best, and it's only OK. |
