Bought the tape edition of Anno Domini on Rampant Evil Records lately and the inner j-card quotes Attila who says something like bla-legendary demo-blabla-definitely a highlight in extreme metal-blablubbla-and so on. The interesting part is the thing with the found master of this recording and that this tape contains the "original -never heard- quality" as it was meant to be released back then. Well, the sound shreds indeed. Wow!

My actual question is... Does anybody of you know if there's plans to re-release Anno Domini on vinyl again now that the master tape has been found? And is there any other releases on Attila's Saturnus Productions?

In one of the interviews Attila was talking about next Saturnus prod releases. I'll be dvd from Tormentor will some old live stuff and cd of Mayhem with 5 tracks from De mysteriis ... with different mix and mastering. 2 of those tracks were released on The Beast of Attila cd.

I bought the CD version of the Anno Domini re-release and it definitely puts the old one to shame. The difference is very noticeable to my ears, much clearer.

Apparently he has plans to reissue 7th Day of Doom on Saturnus as well, but he told me that about half a year ago, so who knows...drugs drugs drugs

Yeah, isn't it? Even with my ol' stereo the difference is significant. Absolutely sharp 'n' crushing sound. I love it! Would be grave great to see it re-issued on black wax now.

@Yosuke: I got my copies from here....

Anyone into Anno Domini should definitely pick that Saturnus Prod. CD up...comes with full lyrics and photos as well and the cover is great.

Was 'The Sick Years' actually worth getting? I heard the first two tracks at a friend's house ages ago and just recall the live sound being unlistenable due to the shit mixing (no guitars or something). What's the rest of the shit on there?

I contacted him about buying the reissue of Anno Domini, but never got a reply. I haven't seen it being sold in any distros..

Where the hell can I get a copy?
