The question is, what makes an album sounding EVIL? I think it's the hypnotic, ritualistic, inhuman atmosphere that forces you to listen to it again and again. Hence, on the top of my list are:

BEHERIT - Drawing Down The Moon (unbeatable)
TEITANBLOOD - Genocide Chants To Apolokian Dawn (ex aequo with BEHERIT)
MAYHEM - De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas
VON - Satanic Blood
BATHORY - Under The Sign...
GOAT MOLESTOR/GRAVE MIASMA - all

Others worth mentioning:
INCANTATION, INCUBUS (FL), GROTESQUE, RIPPIKOULU, DROWNED, NECROS CHRISTOS, IMMOLATION, NECROCCULTUS, MORTEM (Per), FUNERAL MIST and probably a few others I forgot about.
