I have several EAT DEATH shirts and they are some of my favorites. Shitty prints, off center prints, ink that washed off the first time, etc... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. This dude bootlegs shirts in his fucking garage and sells them DIRT CHEAP.

I was ripped off $175 by now defunct Black Vault Rekords of France.

The owner of BVR said he would repay the money after I complained, but he never did. I wish I remembered his name.

Well-known rip-off. Still owes me a master from a deal I paid for over 3 years ago. Has plenty of time to kiss the asses of well-known black metal bands, but not enough time to go to the post office. Has plenty of money to print shirts to list on eBay, but not enough money to ship a goddamn master tape to a lesser-known distro.

He seems like such a nice guy that you really want to believe him when he's lying to you. Beware.

And you have the gall to talk about what may or may not help?? Clearly, dealing with you as a legitimate distro got me nowhere. You ignored me completely until I started going public--it was only when you felt like your reputation was getting hurt that you sent me the last batch of stuff.

And that's a pretty lame excuse anyway, when we're talking three years. You want to put three years in perspective here?

* Three years ago, the world economy hadn't gone to shit yet.
* Three years ago was more than half my younger son's life ago (he's 5).
* Three years ago, no one had heard of the "Black Twilight Circle"
* Three years ago, Christchurch, New Zealand, was a thriving metropolis.
* Three years ago, it seemed impossible that the USA would ever elect a black president.

This piece of shit took his time to play the role of a friend and good trading partner for a short while. Then prepared one HUGHE trade and ripped me off by only handling a back of tapes which were nearly all dubbed ones to me and I am still waiting for records of more than 1.000€ + 50€ cash.

He also wanted to do a vinyl release with me and asked for around 600€ from me to pre-finance it. Lucky, I told him NO WAY! I want my stuff first.
After a while I got an e-mail from him. He told me he has cancer and his health is very bad. A FUCKIN LIE!!!!!!!!!!!
A friend who met him at a concert, told me that this piece of shit told him that I ripped him off. Sure when I phoned him, he denied everything.
After reporting him to police, he stated all this never happened and the state attorney. closed the case as he stated it'd be too difficult to estimate a value of the stuff and tellin more bullshit.

I hope this piece of shit gets cancer for real and suffers like hell

This guy bought a Maiden Boxset for 141€ on ebay. He told me he's unable to do Paypal payment via ebay directly and asked me to send a seperated invoice via e-mail.

After I left a positive feedback, he told me to do a whole refund as the record is totally damaged which was NOT true.

He asked ebay to do customer protection, they denied.

He tried paypal customer protection for a damged item, they denied.

He contacted paypal again and stated, I'd have hacked his account and took the money.

Even though I mailed a receipt of delivery to paypal, I lost my money (Incl. postage 160€) and the Boxset.

William Skinner of Anvil Chorus:

I've sent money to the back then bass player of Anvil Chorus, William Skinner who distributed old demos of the band via his label Leviathan Rec. It was around 90$ for 3 tapes including postage to germany. I mailed the money and never got anything.
As I got his phone number, I talked to a woman that told me to visit her page and watch her pix, she's his wife... a porn actress. Laurent of Snakepit assured me it's his real phone number. I tried to contact the band, which told me to contact Skinner on his myspace. First he told me, he's so sorry and will mail the demos and will add a DVD of an old show for free. Nothing happened. Later he didn't reply anymore. The band also wasted my time with empty words. Right now I wait for 5 years and still got nothing.

I spend waaayyyy too much time and money mailordering all kinds of dumb shit and thus far the only time I've just been blatantly ripped off and openly lied to while purchasing metal it was Blake/Battle Kommand/Nachtmystium. Happened several years ago and I still hold a grudge.
