The "debut" extreme album is good, from then on, it all sounds the same and tends to get boring, although very well played...I just think they are overrated being it in the normal heavy metal or extreme death/blak styles.

| I don't know about Satan's Host being overrated and all, but their newer albums are good, but I think their songs are quite lenghty, and they kind of follow the same formula. They also remind me a bit of Summon from the United States. |

I've never heard any of their 'extreme' albums. I've been tempted to purchase at least one of them but I don't know if it's worth it...
Funny thing I saw this thread today. I just found out, perhaps it's a rumor or something, but according to what I heard Satan's Host will be playing here in June.

ANYTHING Post-"Midnight Wind" is utterly useless!! "Extreme"? Come on gimme a fucking break, I'd rather listen to EXTREME (the band, that ultra-crappy band that is) than to Neo-SATAN'S HOST! It's all simply a disgrace to the CULT this band/entitiy once was! PERIOD!!
P.S. Anyone heard the remake and/or saw the video of "Metal From Hell"? I was literally close to puking my guts out!!!!!

All of the newer albums by Satan's Host pretty much sound the same. Like I have said they remind me a bit of Summon from the United States. |
