Ah, I see. Then you could try it at Autopsy Stench Records.

The book's still listed for 37,50€ and basically his list is pretty much up-to-date. |

Ay, just ignore this note. Go to the menu on the left and hit "MAILORDER", the stock list opens, scroll to the bottom and filed under "OTHER STUFF" there's the book.
