post here about releases that sold out before you even knew they were out or before you could act to get them.

i missed the preorder for the mortuary drape die hard edition which sucked. i didnt check the board for a couple days and then it was too late. (i think i eventually secured a copy though...maybe its at my po box waiting for me....)

missed that nifelheim/vulcano pic disc too. and i know there are dozens, hundreds, more even....

this thread is inspired by the fact that a lot of you are saying that you missed that proclamation die hard. that sold out faster than anyone predicted.

Yeah that Proclamation went incredibly fast. I remember I picked up the debut die hard which was already still in stock like 2, 3 months after the initial release if I recall my memories correctly. Good to have my die hard of the second album on the way (thanks to Blood Of Von!)
Id like to have the bone awl die hard but it was sold out ca. 3 hours after being in the shop. Also I missed all NH Vinyls of Ildjarn cause I wasnt aware of that band at this time. I missed the Impiety Live die hard but was able to trade it in the end, of course "a bit" more expensive but still a pretty fair deal. I miss many HMSS-records even if I have some of the special editions ; i was a bit late introduced to this label. I had the chance to get the Pagan Altar debut on red vinyl from Iron Pegasus, I asked about that LP and when I wrote I would like to buy this it was gone. I got it from an US distro last year in summer but it came without the number insert (it was sealed though!?), which sucked, and came here with little bends on the corners, which sucked even more.
And dozends, hundreds of other missings...

yeah Sabbat especially on HMSS is always a pain. So ultra limited. I dont have the new box, and there are plenty of other releases I would love to own.

Good that I dont like Abigail. I still would like to see this special panty edition completely

I missed the Blasphmey Gods of War/Blood upon the Altar 2PicLP becuase I didn't have enough money to afford it when it was released, same with an Earth split LP.

An old one, but I missed Womb of pestilence LP on Northern heritage. They only sold 1 per person so I figured it would be available for a month atleast. I did get a copy in the end though, for a small inflated price. I never listen to the album anymore, the first one was a lot better.
Missed Live batan-Q from Sabbat when Vinyl vengeance got some copies. Still haven't found a copy. I think that's the last Sabbat record I missed, except for the San francisco gig 7".

speaking of northern heritage, i missed that last clandestine blaze lp that came with the 7"...even though i knew about it, i just didnt have the money at the time and had to let it go....

Yeah Yosuke is right, the Blasphemy die hards were around for long enough, if you missed out your lazy or broke

Think back to Katharsis - 666 LP, that went very fast
