Hello~ is their a way one can accept payment through Paypal but pay no fees? I think I heard of a way but can't remember. Would I have to send a payment request? Thanks in advance.

Down below where you enter the amount of money you're sending, click on the "personal" tab instead of the "purchase" tab. There are no fees in the U.S. if you send it to someone in the U.S. There are fees (but less than usual) if you send internationally. Also, in case the money is in fact for a purchase, you'd better trust the person because there will be no recourse if you get ripped off.

Choose 'Personal Pyment owed' and you will pay no fees, you can even class it as Household expenses in the UK. I have done this a number of times with no problem.

gift option works but I remember that you dont have paypal buyer protection in case you need it.

Money in a registered letter proved to work well.
But you have to trust the people you're dealing with here either.
So, what this option lacks in, is once again humanity itself.
