Not rare. Normal price is around 10-20 Euro. A seller from Ebay Germany does not get rid off his LP for 13.00 Euro since a long time (have seen it a couple of times).

not that rare I guess if you have a good russian contact. e.g. I got Russian Vodka for <15€. I saw Cannibal for 8€ in Vinyl vg and cover vg- on ebay.
