yes it was Nosferatu. Original press was black vinyl, some copies were also printed in special splatter, but not what you find nowadays. You can tell subsequent bootlegs because the spine is different.
I have 1st press splatter vinyl ('original' boot) which I bought directly from Nosferatu and another black vinyl press _________________ Into the Menstrual Night We Go-o, Hey-Ho, Hey-Ho...

as far as I know, the handnumbering was on the plastic protection around the LP-cover on a very very small sticker. When you removed the plastic around the cover in order to get the LP out, then you removed the tiny litte sticker.
