Currently, Sierra Nevada Celebration ale and Alaskan ESB. Goes well with Hellish Crossfire-Slaves of the Burning Pentegram. |

i've been kinda into the blackout state afforded by th 8-9% beers. Lagunita's Kill Ugly Radio Zappa beer and some pumpkin ale.
Wolaver's Pale Ale is killer.
Sierra Nevada is the constant standby.
Then Bud, Corona, Schlitz, etc. when it gets ugly.

I have those ones at home....
Kunstmann Ale, Bock and Lager. Brewed by germans under the Reinheitsgebot (or whatever is being written...).
There are some others like J. Bello Porter & Lager that are more underground and brewed in small quantities.
Stella Artois is being recently brewed in here. _________________ Hellthrasher and proud! |

You guys are even posting pictures in this thread, it's fucking hilarious!!
Alright, here we go:
"Beamish" (best Irish beer whatsover!!)
"Guinness" (comes only close!)
"Newcastle Brown Ale"
talking about non-German brews.
"Veltins"
"Köstritzer"
"Pott's"
"Hövels"
talking about domestic brews. _________________ "Slit my eyes, for they'll remember..." |

Veltins is horse-piss, actually. Hövels was okay (can remember the bottle that you have given me, whilst driving to the DoG gig).
You really like your beer "grimly bitter", don't you? _________________

Insulting "Veltins" as horse-piss, while promoting "Bitburger" is surely absurd! Evenutally it's probaby "force of habit", so to speak. If you're into "Köstritzer", you surely can't go wrong with "Hövels". I still can't believe Vasili wasn't into it!! _________________ "Slit my eyes, for they'll remember..." |
