I was at my girlfriends house tonight talking to her father, and on the background there was a movie playing on television. Suddenly I hear music which I recognize, and it was no less than Korrozia metalla in their old days (I think it was Russian vodka but my memory totally fails me tonight). The setting was people dancing gay in some kind of underground metal/biker disco.
The film is called 'Back in the USSR' and is from 1992. I've never seen it mentioned in one of those metal in movies topics so I thought I'd mention it here. |

Yes! I was thinking of that in another thread where someone mentioned Columbian punk. I seem to remember some metaleros in it too. |

Conan The Barbarian and River's Edge would be among my favorites. Haven't seen them in years though. _________________ Der Rest ist Schweigen. |

yes, good DVD and good LP
However, if you are brave you can order the Re-Release CD of this Soundtrack LP in Colombia from Dark Desire Prod.
Another good movie:
"Thrash In Altenessen", which is a semi-documentation about Kreator in late 80es and about the Ruhrpott area during economic crisis of the German mining business. Very interesting with lots of livefootage.
The fucking Doors movie !!!! Aaarghhhhhh, this is the end, my only friend: the end. |

was even broadcasted on German TV around 10 years ago at 11:00pm, but worth the wait.
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=thrash+altenessen&search=Search
--> 4 parts with 4-5minutes each here.
(however, the documentation was around 90min with basically 30min Livestuff).
