Jason was always the fucking man. His solo stuff as Newsted wasn't bad. His stage presence and backing vocals were one of the main assets they had live.

Anyone bought the Deluxe version released some weeks ago ? (remastered album, rough tapes, live...)

I've the MOP one, and it's really good material.

I'm curious about the remastered version of the album.

Spinning the lady Justice in heavy rotation these days, a masterpiece now as it was at the end of the '80.

Waiting to purchase the boxset as soon as the price went down.

I don't know how much the price will drop, did the first three sets go down substantially after they were released? I got the AJFA deluxe set a couple weeks ago and it's worth the purchase 100%. got mine through my work, so I paid not much more than the wholesale cost.

I can totally see this album getting completely re-evaluated over the next five years or so until everyone has practically forgotten they used to bash the production and what not. Why? Because this is so incomprehensively superior to 99,9% of anything metal released the last decade(s).

Voted for Blackend. Heartbreakingly beautiful and the most powerful key to primary school nostalgia out of basically all songs ever for me.

What was the most recent album released where at the time it came out every kid wanted to learn how to play it on guitar?
