Would rather they didnít perform live, even if they did pull of a perfect stage performance, I donít want to see them hanging in the crowd, posing for selfies and pounding beers afterwards. Iíd rather imagine them off in the wilderness consorting with Black Philip.

Black Philip listens to Cultes Des Ghoules.

I don't know, I saw Mark of the Devil watching Mgla with his girlfriend or another member eating a lunch in a Prague's restaurant and it had absolutely no impact on my perception of their music Laughing

Let me completely blow your mind:

Sometimes, when the moon is high and bright...a member of Cultes Des Ghoules takes a shit.

When ever I hear Black Phillip, my first thought is always Patrice O'Neal.

The Serenity of Nothingness is probably my pick of the album at the moment. Intense atmosphere from start to finish, especially in the final minutes. Went camping in the bush recently and played a portion of this record to some friends under the influence of various substances with some pretty entertaining results.

Got my tape in the mail today from Of Crawling Shadows Records. It came out AWESOME and is super high quality. The inlay is on thick linen textured card stock and looks great, and there is also a separate fold out lyric insert on the same card stock. Red tape shells and also includes a small sticker with the day of joy design on it. Same as the shirt. Listening to the tape now and it sounds great too. If you're into the OCSR CdG tape editions, pick this up. You will not be disappointed!

Hell yes mate!
I still got hope, after the disappointment of ''Coven'' and I believe to their physical talent, aesthetics and devotion/dedication to real BM underground art.
They're pioneers, even if Coven is weak.
That album for me is determinant about their future evolution.
I can have a clear picture of their vision after that one..

Since the new album harkens back to their roots in a way, I'm hoping you will enjoy it more than Coven. The quality of the tape sounds excellent and is a great medium for listening to any Cultes des Ghoules. We shall see!

It has the old coffin spirit of Haxan mixed with some Henbane and Spectres.

Mark of the Devil was wasted as fuck in the same place I was once and it didn't ruin any perception of the band also.
