WORSHIP (Ger/Fra) "Dooom" 2xLP
Recorded in 2 sessions in 2000 and 2007.
Contains last recordings with Mad Max on vocals and drums.
Extreme doom metal supreme. Some of the slowest and heaviest stuff Worship has ever written.
Covered with those characteristic lead guitars that feels like a knife through your flesh right into your heart.
If grief, dejection and anger are your companions in life, this recording simply can not dissapoint.
Special artwork for this double vinyl version in gatefold sleeve.
8 tracks, 73 minutes.

Wow, this looks utterly splendid!! I'm 100 % sure, that Max would've totally worshipped it as well! More than looking forward to it!! I personally think, that "Last ______ (insert your favourite format here) Before Doomsday" is THEE ultimate album of -what people consider to call- Funeral Doom!! _________________ "Slit my eyes, for they'll remember..." |

I don't know this band but I feel like getting this purely for the artwork. Excellent stuff, keep up the good work man. |

Ye olde Tyrante is getting copies of both, I wonder how it will sell since all of a sudden Painiac started answering people
Just joking, I'd rather have him answer the emails anyway, his titles sell well. _________________ Into the Menstrual Night We Go-o, Hey-Ho, Hey-Ho...

Both vinyls are released. I got my parcel earlier this morning.
Split 12" with Wither: The song of Worship reminds me a little of a (slowed down version of a) Fields Of The Nephilim song, can't remember which one. Excellent "short" song, without vocals. The Wither side is quite good, a bit in the vein of Mournful Congregation.
"Dooom" DLP: The artwork looks amazing on vinyl. I'm currently listening to the first vinyl so it's hard to give an opinion right now. Sounds killer so far, in the vein of "Last -whatever- before doomsday" with a better sound. |
