The wind blows through my hair
And fills our sails with hope and pride
Caress these lines of Oak, wind
Do not throw us all aside
The wild cold deep black ocean's waves
As wide as sky above
Carry us, oh, Gods of sea
Don't take us down below _________________ BLAZING OBSCURITY TAPE LABEL| http://blazingobscurity.blogspot.com/ |

Northern wind take my song up high
To the Hall of glory in the sky
So its gates shall greet me open wide
When my time has come to die _________________ I spoke to God this morning and he don't like you.

Hard to believe it's been that long alright. To add to the coincidences already mentioned here, I was wearing my Blood Fire Death Longsleeve last night. _________________ www.exordiummors.com |

Blasting the s/t LP right now, but that is no coincidence.
If any black metal figure deserves to have a movie made after them, it's this guy, not that Burzum douche. |

One of my greatest inspirations. Bathory s/t is my all time favorite record. 5 years ago I did not want to believe it, and I still don't want to now. I just can't picture him going as young as he did.
Quote: |
Now that the wind called my name
And my star had faded now hardly a glimpse up in the empty space
And the wise one-eyed great father in the sky stilled my flame
For the ones who stood me near
And you few who were me dear
I ask of thee to have no doubts and no fears
For when the great clouds fills the air
And the thunder roars from o, so far away up in the sky
Then for sure you will know that I have reached the joyous hall up high
With my bloodbrothers at side
All sons of father with one eye
We were all born in the land of the blood on ice
And now you all who might hear my song
Brought to you by the northern wind have no fear
Though the night may seem so everlasting and forever dark
There will come a golden dawn
At ends of nights for all yee on whom
Upon the northstar always shines
The vast gates to hall up high
Shall stand open wide and welcome you with all its within
And Oden shall hail us bearers of a pounding hammerheart |
Valhalla awaits. RIP. |

Had my Hammershirt on yesterday. Doesn't seem like it's been 5 years. He's responsible for some of the best metal has to offer, including the tributes to him (Horna, I, etc). _________________

Wow, five years...? It really does seem more recent than that. Crazy. I remember the day really clearly. _________________
