I just got a copy of this obscure Monster records release, classy hard rock/early metal, a style I find myself listening to very often lately; the guitar work on this is amazing, the guys are really talented. I guess this is their only record except for a 7". My nerdy question is: how rare can this be? Not that I would ever part from this small jewel, that's just curiosity.

that one right ? I listened to it once and I wasnt too keen on it. Had a strong 70ies vibe like the cover. Seems like I have to check again

Not that one. Mine has a completely black cover with the symbol/logo you can see in the top right corner. I can't even tell if it's the same record rereleased.
Boy are they ugly, I'm so glad my Lp doesn't have any pics from these Disco Stu's.

Ah , you have the Monter Records rerelease. My cover shows the original press.
Yes I think it's a very rare one.

You should register at the corroseum and ask doomedplanet. He's the walking encyclopedia on US metal.

i have a dub of it. great lp! the repress is very easy to find. usually 20-30 dollars. another band that rules supreme is LENO s/t from spain. its some obscure hard rock /prog. the cd is also easy to find. the lp however is not. i think they did a split with baran rojo as well. thats if you like catchy heavy hard rock metal stuff.
