Greetings,

After Hyrgal & Adherent, here is the new Solar Asceticists Productions release now available for pre-orders >>>
https://solar-asceticists-productions.bandcamp.com/album/schattengestalt

For those who remember this really weird Ambient Black Metal release - "Ungeziefer" - on Drakkar Productions by CENDRES there is many years ago, this enigmatic project back to the light this year with two new tracks always weird, hypnotic and minimalist, but with some experimental elements added.

From my side, I really worship the works from this man since many years, so I made a really handcrafted and "artifact-like" special edition for this release called "Schattengestalt".

Limited to 50 copies, including x30 with a special artwork handmade with charcoal on raw paper, in relation with the title from this recording, the concept of "sleep paralysis/hypnagogic hallucinations". Each piece is unique.

Artwork, layout and artcards by Carl Neomalthusian.

No trades.

Get your copy here >> https://solar-asceticists-productions.bandcamp.com/album/schattengestalt

Is the mix/mastering the same as with the earlier self released tape edition? Not that I mind, just asking : )

Nope, I guess the mastering must sound different, as the man behind CENDRES told me. Have you got this tape?

I have the first press/self released tape. I Like his music a lot (and ordered the special edition of this version minutes ago) but was just interested. : )

@Chimère Noire: C'est davantage "expérimental", avec quelques cotés Wormlust, mais on est assez loin de l'asphyxie galopante du "Ungeziefer", ce "Schattengestalt" est, paradoxalement, plus "lumineux".

@Eufonie: Thanks for your order, man.

I remember Ungeziefer being one of the first tapes I ever ordered online, "Libération de l'âme" is a very memorable track. Pretty exited to see new material from this band.

Will have to check this out. "Ungeziefer" is one of the very few demos collected around that time which made a lasting impression on me.

Haven't listened to it for quite a while though, but now is the time to revisit it and check out their new stuff.

All Cendres material is great in my opinion. Ungeziefer is also out on CD through Transcendance (link) by the way.
