'Survival' and 'Isolation' are my favorites. All the other albums are kind of same-y, not that that's necessarily a bad thing

Unbroken Spirit is great, manic hysteric energy with roving bass lines, Lascowiec at their best. BTW, I recommend also Svetovid (shares a member) first demo for this same spirit, I think that demo is better than anything released under Lascowiec, one of the most "spiritual" (in the insane sense) things I've ever heard. Total muddy sound but I think that adds to it.

Frostwinds of the Apocalypse has clearer and more vicious sound. Blasting (programmed) drums are clearly audible unlike the previous album. Still great. Unfortunately the instrumentals on this one are uncharacteristically shitty, except the outro.

Boreal Wind s/t album is a collaboration between the Lascowiec guy and member(s) of a Russian band and is probalby the most BBH-ish of anything here, which is saying something. Sounds more like a compilation than an album. 15 tracks, many good ones.

Split with Marblebog and Verzivatar (or something) is also worth checking out if you're into Lascowiec. Intro and outro might be the best tracks.

I recommend all of them! There's also a tape called Angkor Vat - A Pulse Beyond Nothing (pre-Lascowiec project) which is good, more minimalistic and repetitive than Lascowiec, pretty hypnotic.

I can't speak off hand about the later releases because I only listened to them once or twice each when they came out, I should give them another go.

it's all pretty great! I'm particularly fond of the old stuff the most (Gesamkunstwerk or Gunshots ring out....) the material on the 3 way split is exceptional too!

"Asgard Mysteries" is my favorite, but "Isolation" is a VERY close second. I really would like to see a CD release of that. I like all of the other full lengths and splits (they're one of my favorite bands), but aside from "A.M.", definitely 'Isolation".

Isolation is great, though I've only ever been able to find low quality MP3s of it. Would definitely like to see a proper release of it.

The other stuff I heard by him just sounded too much like BBH cloning...I'll stick with the originals

Absolutely!

Although if I'm being honest, I think track ten, "Hollow Tremors", wins for me off of this album for the hypnotic quality

I second the recommendation for Svetovid, both albums are excellent.

Somehow I never got into the Lascowiec tracks on the "Deep Horizons Of Eternity" split with Marblebog and Verzivatar. Will have to check these out again.

And I also hope some of the later albums get a CD release. Each one is special and worth to get for its own reasons.

Generally, we have plans to re-issue latest albums on CD, as entire albums, or as parts on some kind of compilation. Details needs to be agreed with the band.

In meanwhile. Finally, slowly we are starting with bandcamp page.
And for the beginning, we have available there digital versions of latest 4 albums, available previously only on tapes

"Isolation"
"Survival"
"Winds of Victory"
"A Warcry Rises Above the Frozen Lands"

www.werewolf-promotion.bandcamp.com

we are just starting with bandcamp and we are not experienced, so page may look poor etc.

Yes, indeed excellent!
Just wondering, why is it that the production varies significantly between different songs on some of these albums?

Different recording sessions assembled to one album afterwards?
