[quote="Under Command"]There's a lot of good French Heavy Metal, even if sometimes it is really hard for a French to cope with the RIDICULOUS lyrics...[quote]

My thoughts exactly.

s/t is slightly better than ''Les Violons...'' for me !

High Power s/t is without a doubt my favourite french Heavy Metal album. The songs, the riffs, the silly artwork... Perfection!
If "Casse Toi" doesn't get you pumped, nothing will! Twisted Evil

First Sortilege EP is absolutely godly, too. Better than the actual albums in my opinion!

What do you guys think of Vulcain? I personally think "Rock'n'roll Secours" WOULD be a classic, if only they had a decent singer, instead of a guy who sounded like an alcoholic truck driver...

Vulcain fuckin'rules!
"Rock'n'roll Secours" is great piece of filthy Motorhead-ish metal!
I still miss ''Desperados''...
Somebody has to re-release it ,plus ''Big Brothers''.

It's so difficult to say which French metal album is your best...

1st position is ADX- Execution and Voodoo Child - Adrenaline
2.H-Bomb - Coup de Metal (MASTERPIECE!!!)
3.Attentat Rock - Le Gang des saigneurs
4.High Power - s/t
5.Sortilege - ep

Spinning Venin those days...

Nonsense, Danial Puzio's voice is perfect for their two first albums. Then when they changed their style a bit I understand that you could dislike it. Vulcain are one of the best French metal bands with Killers, H-Bomb and ADX imho

I'm pretty picky when it comes to vocals in French, tbh.
But from a musical point of view I love that album (well... except the fucking "Digue du Cul"... I guess you have to be French to truly appreciate that sort of thing, unlike a Paddy residing in France like myself Laughing )

If Demon Eyes is not listened to especially first album Rite of Chaos then you will fail to hear some of the best French metal. Also newer band Malediction 1st album with the executioner guy on the is one of my favorite post 90's heavy metal releases.
