It depends what variety. The best results I've had from CDrs is with Memorex. I have some Memorex CDrs I recorded with years ago and they still perform quite nicely. However, I've used some blank media that fucks up beyond use after obtaining just a couple of small scracthes on the surface.

I really think these scratchless CDrs will become the choice medium for the future, that is if they perform as indicated.

cds get fucked from the climate, dampness and that. anyone remember when cds first came out they had "lifetime guarantees" on in the inlay? an angelwitch cd I have has that printed on it but can't play the fucking thing anymore... Laughing
